About us
We build and run online communities and platforms for advice and counselling. Most people meet our work through those platforms rather than through us, and that is by design.
Each initiative carries its own name and is built around the people it serves, whether they are looking for career advice, for others who share their situation, or for a qualified counsellor. Some initiatives we run on our own; others we run jointly with partners.
Chng May Lee
Founder and Managing Director
May founded the company in 2025 and leads it as Managing Director. The company draws on her extensive experience working with children and their families: nearly two decades as an educator in local and international settings in Singapore, and more recently in school counselling, where she brings together teaching insight and therapeutic care.
A kind teacher in her own primary school years showed May how much it matters to feel genuinely seen and supported. That conviction runs through her work: every child deserves to be understood as a whole person, with their own story, strengths and way of making sense of the world. She approaches each person with curiosity and without judgement, believing that people who feel safe and understood are far better placed to thrive.
Qualifications
- Master of Counselling, Monash University
- Bachelor of Early Childhood Studies
- Graduate Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education
- Registered Counsellor and Clinical Member, Singapore Association for Counselling (SAC)
- Certificate in Dyslexia and Literacy Learning, Dyslexia Association of Singapore
- Teacher training in the Reggio Emilia approach, and International Baccalaureate professional development certificates
