This policy explains how Bullies.com Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202541343D) handles personal data in connection with this website and with enquiries sent to us, in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA). Each of our platforms has its own privacy policy, which applies when you use that platform.

What we collect

This website has no forms, sets no cookies and uses no analytics. When you contact us by email or phone, we receive the personal data you choose to share with us, such as your name, contact details and the content of your message.

Our website host, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as IP addresses in order to deliver and secure the site.

How we use it

We use the personal data you give us to:

• reply to your enquiry and keep a record of our correspondence
• discuss and manage partnerships and other business relationships
• meet our legal and regulatory obligations

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for marketing without your consent.

Consent and withdrawal

By contacting us, you consent to our using your personal data for the purposes above. You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to our Data Protection Officer. We will tell you what withdrawing means for any ongoing matter before we act on it.

Sharing and transfers

We share personal data only with service providers who help us run the company, such as email and IT providers, under obligations of confidentiality, or where the law requires it. Some of these providers may store data outside Singapore. Where they do, we take steps to ensure the data is protected to a standard comparable to the PDPA.

Protection and retention

We make reasonable security arrangements to protect the personal data we hold. We keep it only for as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law requires, and then delete or anonymise it.

Access and correction

You may ask to see the personal data we hold about you, how we have used it in the past year, or to correct it. Write to our Data Protection Officer. We may charge a reasonable fee for access requests and will tell you the amount before we proceed.
